Dan Armer has been involved in the motorcycle trade for over 20years, gaining skills, knowledge and qualifications in many different aspects of repairing, servicing, MoT testing, modifying or upgrading bikes for many people.
15 of those years working for one of the largest bike dealerships in the UK (and ’21 BSB championship winning team) has provided a wealth of knowledge helping customers who ride on the roads, off-road, track and racing.
Qualified Welder/Fabricator, Qualified Auto electrician, Qualified in Automotive pant principles, as well as an airbrush artist for over 10 years, painting artwork, one off designs, team designs and replicas, portraits, race fairing, cycle frames and helmets for skydiving, motorsports and ice hockey.
After spending the last 5 years working for a large college Dan gained qualificiations included ABC level 2 Welding and Fabrication, Level 3 Vehicle paint refinishing principles, Level 3 Hybrid vehicles and F-gas refrigerant handling for air conditioning. He was the technician for the Ford apprenticeship program and commercial courses, dealing with the Ford IDS diagnostics and MET, ADAS, Air con, MoT, Hybrid and light vehicle courses.
he is currently building CAD/CAM skills for 3D printing prototypes and CNC machining.
